At LumiNight™, we are committed to delivering your reading light to you as quickly and safely as possible. 

Order Processing

We know you're excited to start your next chapter! Our team typically processes and prepares all orders for shipment within 24 - 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been handed over to our courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on your specific country and local courier efficiency. Generally, our shipping windows are as follows:

• United Kingdom: 5 - 10 Business Days

• United States: 4 - 12 Business Days

• Australia & Canada: 8 - 14 Business Days

• Europe: 4 - 12 Business Days

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time. While most orders arrive within 15 days, factors such as customs delays or remote locations may slightly extend these windows.

You can track your LumiNight™ journey every step of the way. As soon as your tracking number is active, you can monitor your package’s progress through our website or your local postal service’s tracking portal.

International Customs & Duties

LumiNight™ is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order by your local government. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy
